Bodywork/Massage
Most of our bodywork and massage services are great for mental health. Massage is known for its relaxing effect on the mind and body. However, there are a few that are specifically great for those who need to quiet the mind, let go of mental clutter, get the toxins out of the body that causes brain fog, or release memories that are causing mental and emotional distress. Energy/Spiritual Healing
All of our energy/spiritual healing services are great for mental health. Energy/spiritual healing is known for its relaxing effect on the mind and body, but they are also great for achieving a feeling of renewal and self-discovery. All of the energy/spiritual healings connect the mind and body and work towards clearing out the clutter we accumulate daily. Energy/spiritual healing can be a compelling experience. Nothing is beyond the realm of possibility. There are no limitations except the limits of your imagination.
Holistic Lifestyle Guidance
We have experienced therapists and guides that help you find answers to health and happiness issues you may be having, along with recommendations on how to become more holistic in your everyday life. We strive to help our clients become happier and healthier with our private Holistic Lifestyle Guidance sessions. Part of our Holistic Lifestyle Guidance will focus on the balance and health of the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects. On the MIND or mental level, we work with clients to reveal their underlying and limiting beliefs and the causes that create the physical manifestations or effects in their lives. We offer Guidance in-person and virtually.
Classes and Workshops
We offer classes that are a form of low-impact exercise, which has been shown to lower stress hormones in our bodies while increasing beneficial brain chemicals like endorphins and GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid). These feel-good chemicals help decrease anxiety and improve mood. Over time, the effects of taking low-impact classes are also believed to slow the natural aging process — there is less brain shrinkage in the areas of the brain that process information and store memories.
