Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Class

Both Hatha and Vinyasa are old systems of yoga that include the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. Vinyasa is used to synchronize movement with breath and is a vigorous style based on a rapid flow through sun salutations. Hatha is relatively gentle, slow, and great for beginners or students who prefer a more relaxed style.

Myofascial Movement Class

In our Myofascial Movement classes, we use Myofascial Release techniques to teach you how to release the fascia in your own body, how to mindfully feel the fascia in your body, and how to continue this vital work at home. Myofascial Release not only helps with physical pain but also helps with emotional and mental release from past traumas.

Restorative Yoga Class

Restorative yoga focuses on winding down after a long day and relaxing your mind. At its core, this style focuses on body relaxation. Restorative yoga also helps to cleanse and free your mind. Also, helps with recovery from injury or surgery.

Meditation Class

In our Meditation Classes, we offer essential knowledge based on living holistically through a balanced mind and energies. All the classes work to bring awareness to specific areas of the body and mind, how to listen to what your energies are telling you, and tools to work with on a daily basis to help you achieve your goal of being the healthiest you can be.

Chair Yoga Class

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration, and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.

Trauma Release Yoga Class

In this class, the instructor combines techniques from neurogenic and restorative yoga. This combo allows the body to release deep muscular patterns of compression through activation of the nervous system, ultimately overriding natural tendencies to tense and encourage release.

Astrology Yoga Class

Astrology yoga is a combination of yoga and astrology that dates back thousands of years This form of yoga practice focuses on balancing the body’s energy centers, which also have planetary, zodiac, and elemental (earth, fire, air, water, ether) associations.

Guided Meditation and Sound Bath

This guided meditation alongside the resonant tone of sound bath healing, we hope that you find peace and balance and return to this meditation anytime you feel the need to realign, ground, and absorb positive vibrations.

*There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means you have to cancel at least 24-hours before the class start time otherwise any money you have paid towards the class will be forfeit.

*You will need to bring your own mat, bolsters, water bottle, pillows, or anything else you will need for the class.

*You MUST schedule all classes you want to take! We do not take walk-ins.
