Reiki
Reiki is a simple, yet powerful method of "energetic" healing that everyone can use for themselves and others. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and creates a beneficial effect that creates a feeling of well-being. It also works alongside medical treatments or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery from injury or illness. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in order to learn and use Reiki, therefore if you already have an existing religious or spiritual practice, reiki will not conflict with your beliefs. It has been successfully taught to thousands of people of all ages, backgrounds, and spiritual backgrounds. It only enhances what you already have to close to your heart.
Classes/Workshops
Usui Reiki Level i
No previous experience required! Tap into your natural ability to heal yourself. We are all made up of multi-layers of energy frequencies that travel around and through the physical body. Each layer has a purpose in supporting and manifesting the physical form. Reiki and other energy work modalities focus on releasing disruptive patterns held in the layers of energy and restoring flow, balance, and overall health.
This class is taught by Stephanie, who holds two Reiki Master Certifications and has been practicing daily with these certifications since 2005. In reality, she has been using Reiki her entire life, but like most of us was only a little aware and at times completely unaware. After receiving a Reiki treatment by a professional back in 2005, she had a life-changing moment during that session that changed her life forever. It brought direction into her life during a time of great suffering, which has become a long-time passion of hers. She used Reiki to heal herself, friends, family, and eventually to many, many others. She loves to bring this light into the lives of whoever she possibly can, whether that be through private sessions, group sessions, or classes.
Reiki I is easy to learn, and powerful to use on yourself. Everyone and all walks of life are welcome. Whether you are a professional looking to expand your knowledge, someone new to Reiki, or a closet healer, you will enjoy this class and definitely benefit from the material presented! If you are already a Reiki practitioner, Massage Therapist, Nurse, or other professional, this course will most certainly enhance your previous Reiki training and add to your healer’s tool box. It is recommended that students under the age of 13 attend with an adult.
In this 1-day class, you will receive a certificate for Usui Reiki level I. You will have the skills and knowledge needed to immediately start giving yourself powerful Reiki treatments.
In this intensive 1 day class, you will learn:
The use of Reiki to connect to your Highest Spiritual Guidance.
Using Reiki to heal mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges.
How Reiki alleviates pain and illness in the physical body.
Self-empowerment and strengthening your own aura field with Reiki energy.
The history and direction of Reiki practices.
Using Reiki to create with and to manifest your goals.
Healing unwanted habits that may be blocking your desires and goals.
How to give yourself a Reiki treatment to balance your chakras and heal your body.
A detailed manual that has all the information you will need to continue to learn outside of class.

This class combines lecture, discussion, an attunement for each level, meditations, and plenty of hands-on practice in a well-organized, but relaxed atmosphere.
Tuition – $125
Deposit – $75 will reserve your space and the remaining balance is due by the day of class, or you may prefer to pay the full balance when you register. Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred to future classes within 1 year.
Class times – 10am to 3pm
Lunch – A half-hour lunch break is given at approximately 12:30 pm

Usui Reiki Level Ii
You must complete Reiki Level I first! Tap into your natural ability to heal others, plants, crystals, and all other living things using Reiki with this intensive Reiki Level II workshop. Reiki II is easy to learn, and powerful to use on all living things. Everyone and all walks of life are welcome. Whether you are a professional looking to expand your knowledge, someone new to Reiki, or a closet healer, you will enjoy this class and definitely benefit from the material presented! In Level II you will learn:
3 Powerful Reiki II Symbols! What each individual symbol means and what each symbol can be used for in your day to day life.
How to use the Reiki symbols when giving a treatment on yourself and others.
Gyoshi-ho for expanding your ability to channel Reiki energy.
How to give a long-distance Reiki treatment specifically using the 3rd symbol.
How to document treatments given and how to discuss with clients, patients, friends, even strangers, what the healing benefits of Reiki are and how it works.
CE Credits available for Massage Therapists and Nurses.

Usui Reiki Level III
You must have a good knowledge of Level I & II and practice as well!
This Reiki Level 3 / Reiki Master class is for you if you are:
A Reiki Level II practitioner and ready to take the next step to Reiki Mastery.
Already a Reiki Master and would like to enhance your Reiki training and skills, while letting go of those “Reiki rules”.
Ready to commit to healing on all levels and open even more the reiki healing powers within by learning to work deeper with Spirit in a healing partnership.
Feeling the inner call to ‘complete’ the reiki healing cycle.
Wishing to expand your knowledge, understanding, personal experience, and influence of reiki healing.
Feeling a calling to teach, train, and initiate others into Reiki healing and help support them on their healing paths.
(If you have no prior Reiki Training start the process with our reiki level 1 & II class)
We also offer mentoring sessions to those who wish to go deeper into their self-practice and healing. It is especially supportive for those who are wishing to practice reiki professionally or teach reiki as you may be meeting your resistances, fears, blocks, etc as you take this step and help you clarify how you wish your business to be which means we are letting go of the layers of patterns, behaviors, and ways of being that are no longer needed. It’s important to have guidance along the way to help you navigate this new territory or even to have someone as a sounding board. The sessions are an opportunity to reflect on your relationship with reiki and to help you strengthen your connection to your inner guidance so you can learn how to access it even easier.
What You’ll Learn in our Reiki Level III Workshop:
Be attuned to the final 2 reiki rays of healing energy.
Receive training on how to teach & attune others to Reiki Level 1, Reiki Level 2, Reiki Level 3.
Explore how you'd like to teach Reiki (if that is your intention).
Receive the 4th Usui symbol and 4 other Reiki symbols. The 4th Usui symbol can facilitate you to unlock the full potential of the Reiki Energy and assist to greatly increase your own healing.
Discover more about the Reiki Precepts, the foundation of the System of Reiki, and how they relate to the Usui symbols.
Learn a variety of advanced tools and energy techniques to help you get even better results from your Reiki treatments, as well as exploring ways of developing your insight and your awareness of yourself and others to support your ongoing spiritual growth.
Give and receive a full reiki treatment using the 4th Usui symbol.
Practice attuning others starting with Reiki Level 1 and progressing to Reiki Level III.
Revise Reiki Level I and Level II so you can go deeper into the teachings but also cover anything you may want clarification on.
Explore any stumbling blocks you may have experienced in your self-practice / treating others. Gain support in developing self-healing and as a healer.
Cover all that is required to allow the student to teach Reiki professionally and dramatically elevates the student's awareness of incorporating Reiki as a way of life.
You will receive a copy of all of my reiki manuals for each level.
If you decide to teach others Reiki, you are invited to sit in on a Reiki 1 or 2 weekend with me as you will gain a deeper understanding of how you would like to teach reiki.
Upon successful completion, a certificate for Reiki Master Level III is awarded.
