Sharry’s journey to wellness began in 1999 when her health began to fail. She learned through personal experience that what we eat and how we live play a considerable role in our health. Since becoming well, Sharry has developed a sincere interest in helping others with their health concerns. Sharry’s specialty is in the John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release. After she graduated from Healing Mountain Massage School, she went on to get extensive training in the John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release. She has used this method for several years and learned that a gentle, nurturing touch can be powerful. Sharry is also certified in health coaching from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and uses a client-led approach to helping folks understand and improve their health.
