Autumn has been a practicing Licensed Massage Apprentice at Holistic Bodyworks since 2021 and is a Usui Holy Fire III and Ryohu level I, II, III Reiki Master Practitioner. She loves all things spiritual and holistic and is on a quest to heal humanity, one person at a time. She has been empathic her whole life, and it wasn't until she reached adulthood that she realized some of her emotions weren't her own. She learned to set clear boundaries and protect herself from the energies of others. Then, she began to feel the pain of others, which led her to Reiki. Autumn has used these life experiences to bring empathy and compassion into each session she provides.

In addition to soothing sore muscles, Autumn can reduce body pain in people who struggle with chronic pain or any syndrome in which pain is a side effect. Studies show that therapeutic bodywork and massage can relieve pain related to fibromyalgia, surgery, and more. Each session is tailored to the individual client and their specific issue or pain. Sometimes, a session involves massage; at other times, it does not. Therefore, sometimes the client is clothed, and sometimes, they undress down to their comfort level.
