Yoga Series


In the yoga classes, we use personalized, mindful stretching along with guided meditations to bring about more awareness to the sensations we are having in our physical, mental, and emotional states.  With this kind of yoga, you can alleviate mental clutter, learn to focus the mind, and also provide stress relief. This is NOT a regular yoga class, it is much more personalized to the client's needs.

In this Yoga series of 12 classes, we offer essential hands-on techniques based on living holistically through mindfulness and stretching. If you take these classes individually they are $20 each, but if you take the entire series they are only $15 each, which is a $60 savings. These are all in-person classes, which will be held at our Murray, Utah location. We have online digital classes available for this series, which will be sent weekly!
