Hips are our connection between our upper and lower body. They also allow us to bend, twist, hold, support, and allow the mobility for walking. When we have misalignment we have difficulties in these areas, therefore having properly aligned and flexible hips allows us move with ease.
In our Movement classes, we use Myofascial Release techniques to teach you how to release the fascia in your own body, how to mindfully feel the fascia in your body, and how to continue this vital work at home. Myofascial Release not only helps with physical pain, it also helps with emotional and mental release from past traumas.
