Hiking Expeditions

Going on a hike offers tremendous benefits for your physical and mental health and well-being. Hiking has been proven to have the benefits of increased fitness, gives you control of your workouts, tones the whole body, helps prevent and control diabetes, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, hiking heals at a molecular level, it is a way to be social, increases creativity, increases happiness levels and curbs depression, and it gives you the wonderful benefit of communing with nature.  You are responsible for all of your supplies, including food, water, camera, bug spray, sunscreen, or whatever else you may feel the need to put in your pack to hike with. Backpacking Trips

Take your hiking expeditions to the next level with a backpacking trip.  These trips are a hike in, stay the night at camp, and then hike out the next day. Every once in a while we might get real crazy and to a two night trip.  Our backpacking trips are always an adventure with added nature time!  Come back feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to face the world with a cleaner mind, body, and spirit.  You are responsible for all of your supplies, including food, water, bedding, bug spray, sunscreen, or whatever else you may feel the need to put in your pack to hike with. Outdoor Meditation

Gather with us at a variety of local nature beautiful places to meditate and have some grounding time.  Nature meditations allow us to become more receptive to our natural environment. We stop viewing nature as inert and start viewing it as alive and breathing, filled with mystery and wonderment. Nature comes delightfully alive, rekindling our exuberance and improving our state of mind. When in nature, we can learn tremendously – nature is a place where wisdom and perception come alive. Meditating outdoors also activates our entire senses, allowing us to be more alert and wakeful. You are responsible for all of your supplies, including snack, water, meditation mat or blanket, or whatever else you may feel the need to put in your pack. Nature Photography

Get artsy with us and bring your camera on special adventures that will give you those perfect nature photos you have been yearning for. The therapeutic effects of nature photography are similar to the effects of just being out in the nature. All those involved and experienced in nature photography will vouch for the fact that being submersed in the nature taking photographs and admiring its beauty has a definite relaxing effect on all. You are responsible for all of your supplies, including snack, water, camera, bug spray, sunscreen, or whatever else you may feel the need to put in your pack.
