Knowing your body and its energies are important for your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.  It is important to know how to go inside and connect to your inner self. When we have the skills to keep our inner world clean and clear of clutter we find ourselves being healthier in our everyday lives.  Know thy body!

In our Movement classes, we use Myofascial Release techniques to teach you how to release the fascia in your own body, how to mindfully feel the fascia in your body, and how to continue this vital work at home.  Myofascial Release not only helps with physical pain, it also helps with emotional and mental release from past traumas.
