Yoga/Meditation Class. Hips, Holding Your Balance

Hips are our connection between our upper and lower body.  They also allow us to bend, twist, hold, support, and allow the mobility for walking.  When we have misalignment we have difficulties in these areas, therefore having properly aligned and flexible hips allow us to move with ease.

In the yoga/meditation classes, we use personalized, mindful stretching along with guided meditations to bring about more awareness to the sensations we are having in our physical, mental, and emotional states.  This is NOT a regular yoga class, it is much more personalized to the client's needs.
