Your feet touch the ground whenever you're standing, walking or running, and they are extensions of the legs, which help move you. But your feet are much more than that! After all, they are the foundation of your body, which means keeping your feet healthy can help keep YOU healthy.
In the yoga/meditation classes, we use personalized, mindful stretching along with guided meditations to bring about more awareness to the sensations we are having in our physical, mental, and emotional states. This is NOT a regular yoga class, it is much more personalized to the client's needs.
