We carry the weight of the world on our shoulders, literally! Energetically we end up carrying all of the weight of our emotions, mental thoughts, and the burdens of living in our world. Most of this lands on our shoulders or within our chakras. Relieving the build up of stress and burdens from our shoulders makes us feel lighter and more free.
In our Movement classes, we use Myofascial Release techniques to teach you how to release the fascia in your own body, how to mindfully feel the fascia in your body, and how to continue this vital work at home. Myofascial Release not only helps with physical pain, it also helps with emotional and mental release from past traumas.
