Our hands are powerful in a few ways, one being that it is our go-to for our first contact with others and the world around us. When we have hands that are open and able to have full movement we are able to connect more fully to others, ourselves, and our direct life experiences. Our hands let our hearts touch others.
In our Movement classes, we use Myofascial Release techniques to teach you how to release the fascia in your own body, how to mindfully feel the fascia in your body, and how to continue this vital work at home. Myofascial Release not only helps with physical pain, it also helps with emotional and mental release from past traumas.
