Our hands are powerful in a few ways, one being that it is our go-to for our first contact with others and the world around us. When we have hands that are open and able to have full movement we are able to connect more fully to others, ourselves, and our direct life experiences. Our hands let our hearts touch others.
In the yoga/meditation classes, we use personalized, mindful stretching along with guided meditations to bring about more awareness to the sensations we are having in our physical, mental, and emotional states. This is NOT a regular yoga class, it is much more personalized to the client's needs.
