Our arms are an extension of our hearts, that reach out to embrace the world around us. When there is restrictions in this area we feel disconnected from those around us. We help to free these restrictions in order to allow the beauty and grace of your heart come out and want to fully embrace life.
In our Movement classes, we use Myofascial Release techniques to teach you how to release the fascia in your own body, how to mindfully feel the fascia in your body, and how to continue this vital work at home. Myofascial Release not only helps with physical pain, it also helps with emotional and mental release from past traumas.
