In this class, we use personalized, mindful stretching along with guided meditations to bring about more awareness to the sensations we are having in our physical, mental, and emotional states. These are the tools that accompany a Yoga/Meditation Class. This is NOT a regular yoga class, it is much more personalized to the clients needs.
Having full range of motion in our cervical spine allows us to freely move our head as needed. When we are restricted in our movement of our head it can lead to headaches/migraines and a foggy mental state. Having movement in this area improves our mental function and our perception of the world around us. It can also help us tune into our intuitions and improve nerve function throughout the body.
