Quite often our aches, pains, and illnesses are symptoms of a lack of a certain vitamin or mineral. Many of us are malnourished, due to the average diet consisting of fast foods, processed foods, and foods that have been stripped of nutrients. In this class, we will go over some of the symptoms that you are experiencing to see where you are malnourished. We will be using a food journal and other techniques to help you track your symptoms and watch the improvements as you add the missing elements to your diet.
